1.9TDI ALH Garrett GT1752v MFS 180-220bhp hybrid turbocharger.
- fitted with large high flow VNT20 compressor housing that comes in 2 variants:
- ALH style with straight boost outlet 43mm OD (45mm lip)
[ALH style variant may work with stock boost pipe but usually the pipe needs to be heated up in boiling water to stretch enough to fit]
- VNT17 style with right angled boost outlet 50mm OD (works well with intercooler hard pipe kits and will fit BEW as well if hard pipe kit is used)
- inlet machined to 50mm so stock intake pipe coupler can be stretched enough to fit
- large PD150/VNT17 turbine wheel
- 52mm (VNT20 size) CNC cut uprated performance billet compressor wheel
- 180-220ish bhp power potential depending on tune and supporting mods
1.9bar max safe boost pressure
For best results we recommend (depending on your power goal):
- front mounted intercooler
- hard pipe kit
- uprated clutch
- head studs
- forged rods
- 3 or 4bar MAP sensor
- high lift camshaft
- .230 or .260 injectors
- good custom tune/remap
