1.5TDI CWX 1.6TDI CAY CLN GTC1549vz upgrade hybrid turbocharger

This is the ultimate bolt on turbo upgrade for all the oval port 1.5TDI CWXB  and 1.6TDI CAY CLN engines.
 
Based on the standard Garrett GTC1244vz it has been stripped and upgrded with GTC1549vz CR170 internals (turbine wheel, VNT mechanism) and fitted with 49mm performance billet compressor wheel.
It will safely handle 1.6-1.8bar of bost peak produceing 170-190bhp.
 
Please keep in mind on vehicles fitted with KKK turbos where the actuator is using reverse voltage, actuator map recalibration in the ecu is necessary (please consult your tuner about it)
 
Actuator voltage is 0.7V (no vacuum) 3.7V (full vacuum/at the stop screw)
